Atlanta native Sakinah LeStage is a renowned creative director, choreographer, producer, and artist development architect with more than a decade of experience shaping talent across music, television, film, and live entertainment. Of Cuban and Trinidadian descent, she has built a reputation as one of the industry's most trusted creative forces, known for developing artists and creating unforgettable performances with strategy, discipline, and excellence.

Throughout her career, Sakinah has worked alongside some of entertainment's biggest names, including T-Pain, Musiq Soulchild, Nelly, Ne-Yo, Diddy, Fergie, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Her creative direction and choreography have been featured at major events and festivals including Essence Festival, One Music Fest, and projects for Pharrell, Lil Nas X, Rotimi, and more.

Her television and film credits include Greenleaf, P-Valley, All the Queen's Men, Lovecraft Country, The Resident, and Doom Patrol. She has also collaborated with leading music companies and entertainment brands including HYBE, Warner Music Group, RCA, Interscope, Quality Control, and LVRN, helping develop and elevate both emerging and established artists.

Sakinah's artist development work has impacted the careers of performers including JT (City Girls), Lakeyah, Layton Greene, Baby Tate, Mario, K. Michelle, Kiana Ledé, Lecrae, and many others.
